LOCARNO . Tenerezza . Winter 2023
This is the work I created while in residence at Momento Ceramics in Locarno, Switzerland, where I continued to focus on intimacy and relationships. For more than thirty years I had dreamed of returning to Europe to live and work. I was a young photographer in 1991 when I lived in Florence and fell in love with all things Italian, especially the language. Locarno, a fusion of Swiss tranquility and natural beauty with Italian language, history and culture was a dream come true . . . paradiso in terra.
